Deck 9 starts with a sheltered observation and sunning deck that adjoins the spa area directly aft. Dead center and surrounded by padded deck chairs is a thalassotherapy tub with a dramatic view over the bow. This area may be rented for private use, by the day for up to a party of twelve. Ladies' and Mens' changing and steam room areas are accessed on the jacuzzi's port and starboard side, respectively.

The Gym is on the starboard side, offering excellent views from its bank of full length windows. It offers an array of Cybex stations, cardio machines, and free weights as well as open space for stretching and aerobics. Inboard of the gym is the Lotus Spa lobby, leading forward to four treatment rooms and the mens' and ladies' changing and steam room areas. The Beauty Salon occupies the port side of the spa and is followed by one more treatment room (this one with a view of the sea) immediately aft.

The 30 seat Card Room is on the port side just aft of the Beauty Salon. It was originally a much larger space, but was divided into two rooms in order to accommodate a separate Internet Cafe which has eight stations.

The forward stairtower vestibule follows, continuing aft to the sheltered midships Lido area, beginning with the Pool Bar. The PACIFIC PRINCESS' large pool is flanked by two jaccuzzis and sheltered on either side by glass screens and open and shaded outdoor deck chair space. A bandstand and dance floor are in the aft center portion, and the area continues aft with more sheltered space on the port side and a barbeque on the starboard side.

The aft stairtower vestibule begins the aft enclosed portion of Deck 9, leading to the U-shaped 274 seat Panorama Buffet. Serving stations are located on both sides, opening up aft of the funnel casing to an athwartship serving area. The Panorama Buffet has a separate bar, pizzeria, and barbeque as well as an open air sheltered terrace at the stern.

Deck 8 begins forward with the wheelhouse and officers' accommodation. Four category AC outside mini-suites, thirty two category AA outside mini-suites, four category BA outsides with balconies, sixteen category AB outside mini-suites, ten category H insides, and two catergory OS (owner's) suites round out the passenger accommodation on this level.

The Deck 7 accommodation consists of: four owner's suites, two category CC outside deluxes, two category J insides, forty six category BC outsides with balconies, fifty category BB outsides with balconies, and ten category I insides. A self-service laundry is located on this level slightly aft of midships.

Deck 6 begins with the fo'c'sle, although the docking machinery is located in an open well deck recess on Deck 5.
On this level, passenger staterooms include: four category BA deluxe outsides with balconies, four owner' suites, two category C outside deluxe cabins, two category K insides, fifty four category BD deluxe outsides with balconies, fourteen category F outsides with obstructed views, four category BE and four category BF outsides with balconies.
