The NORWEGIAN PEARL's 372 seat Spinnaker Lounge features exceptional views over the ship's bow and along its port and starboard span. From top to bottom: unusual modern seating resembling peppermint Lifesavers candies; facing forward from port; and more unusual seating with the yacht-inspired bar as a backdrop.

The 24 seat Wedding Chapel is just off the port entrance to the Spinnaker Lounge.

Deck 13 begins with the Spinnaker Lounge, which with its panorama of full length windows offers spectacular views. The seating is innovative and eye-catching in places and the room's vibrant turquoise and coral accents are reminiscent of a vivid scuba diving experience.

The Sky High Bar, top, facing port. Above, starboard Deck 13 facing forward.

Deck 13 features nice open promenades that are sheltered from the wind by tall tinted glass panels, extending aft from the Spinnaker, circling the pool area and continuing to the ships's aft housing. Overlooking the forward portion of the pool, one finds the sheltered, brightly festooned, balloonbasket-themed Sky High Bar, which accommodates 91.

The Star Bar, top, shares the front portion of NORWEGIAN PEARL's midships Deck 13 housing with the forward half of Cagney's Steakhouse, center. The aft portion of Cagney's, shown facing port in the above image is located on the other side of the midships vestibule on Deck 13.

In the starboard midships Deck 13 housing, the 56 seat Star Bar complements the forward portion of Cagney's Steakhouse on the port side. Just aft and across the midships vestibule, is the similarly decorated aft portion of the Steakhouse, whose two venues seat a total of 160 people.

From top to bottom: The distinctive Star/NCL funnel from port Deck 13; facing forward from the aft port buttress of Deck 13 while the ship is underway; the aft portion of the jogging track, facing starboard; facing forward from the basketball/tennis court.

A jogging track, games deck areas, and mini golf simulators continue aft to the netted basketball and tennis court on aft Deck 13.

Deck 12 begins with the NORWEGIAN PEARL's exquisite South Pacific Spa and Beauty Salon. The women's thermal area is on the starboard side, with a unisex thalassotherapy pool and relaxation area center, and the men's thermal area on the port side. There is an array of treatment rooms on either side and the beauty salon is in the aft/starboard portion of the spa.

Top, the gym, facing forward. Above, the aerobics room, facing forward.

The excellent gym is adjacent to the spa on the port side. It offers an array of cardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines. Inboard, one finds the aerobics room with windows that face aft to the pool area through a waterfall.

From top to bottom: the Library, facing forward; the Card Room facing aft; and the Lifestyles room, facing forward.

The 24 seat Library, 28 seat Card Room, and 34 seat Lifestyles Room follow the spa on the starboard side and can be interconnected for special functions, if required.

The pool area on Deck 12, facing forward.

The two large pools on Deck 12 are surrounded by sheltered deck space. The forward pool has its own waterfall and three jaccuzzis (one large and two small), while the aft has an adjoining waterslide and two jaccuzzis. The area is served by the Topsiders Bar on the port side and the Grill on the starboard side, which provides a casual eating option for those wanting to stay within the pool area.

From top to bottom: a portion of the Aqua Kid's Club, facing aft; the Garden Cafe, facing aft; La Cucina facing aft; and the Great Outdoors, facing starboard.

On the port side, aft of the pools, we find NCL Aqua Kid's Club, which features a large playroom, a dedicated cinema, teen disco, and video arcade. On the starboard side, is the 390 seat Garden Cafe casual dining venue, which offers "action" serving stations in lieu of the traditional long buffet counters. The room, itself, features full length windows and is broken up into smaller sections, including one specially devoted to kids. The 96 seat La Cucina Italian Restaurant is one of the ship's no-charge Freestyle dining options. Done up in "country style" Italian decor with long wooden bench seating at its center and accents of brick and wrought iron, it is located in the aft/port section of Deck 12 across from the Garden Cafe. At the stern, under a protective canopy, the 259 seat Great Outdoors Restaurant has its own bar and serving stations and offers a casual al fresco dining experience.
