Apollo Deck (formerly A Deck) begins at the fo'c'sle head where the TAHITIEN bell has proudly sat for fifty remarkable years. This "island" structure, as it would have originally been called, sheers back considerably to a sheltered well area and contributes significantly to ATALANTE's classic profile.

Apollo Deck continues aft of the well with twenty-seven new modular cabins which were added during the 1994 refit. Original cabins, including some of the ship's suites and mini-suites stretch aft past the forward stairtower landing and the infirmary to the open lido area.

The Apollo Deck lido offers a second large pool surrounded by a tanning platform and a huge amount of open deck space for sunning or watching the world go by. The open air Galaxy Bar, now situated amidships just forward of the pool, offers a selection of extra tariff fast foods and refreshments.

The after portions of the Hermes Deck (formerly B Deck) forward well are open for passengers. Within the superstructure, the TAHITIEN's former tourist class salon and bar were converted into three separate spaces. On the starboard side, there is now a Photo Gallery. Amidships, there is a large Gift Shop, and on the port side, there is a Duty Free Shop. Interestingly, the original light fixtures were left intact and adorn all three sections of this space. For a time, the tourist class bar, itself, was used as the Dionysos Bar on the port side of the Apollo Deck lido, but it was replaced in recent years.

Hermes Deck continues aft with a selection of nice outside cabins, leading to the impressive Reception Area. Although much of the woodwork has been painted over, it is still quite intact. The main stairtower begins its ascent from here, and in the landing is a wonderful painted tapestry of what appears to be a youthful Apollo.

More large outside cabins follow, leading to the Venus Dining Room and galley. The entire space formerly occupied by the original Belvedere Restaurant, the original galley, and the 1970s built Lucullus Restaurant was stripped and rebuilt with a port side passage allowing continuous flow from the forward to aft accommodation on Hermes Deck. The new Venus Dining Room occupies the full length of the space on the starboard side and the aft half of the port side area. The forward port corner is now the ATALANTE's modern galley. The Venus Dining Room is decorated in shades of blue, white, and purple and service is buffet style, with simple but authentic (and delicious) Greek and continental offerings thrice daily. One of the focal highlights in this new space is a large bronze medallion by noted Greek jewelry designer Lalounis near the buffet table.

A wide selection of inside and outside cabins follows aft, leading to the open fantail area.
There is more accommodation on forward Pegasus Deck (formerly C Deck), which resumes aft of the midships staff accommodation on the starboard side.
Poseidon Deck (formerly D Deck) also has a large quantity of cabins in its aft quarter.
